Studio Coordinator & Operations Assistant

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour + Hustle Bonuses

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (4–5 days a week)

Shift: Consistent 6–8 hour shifts (Set your standard window between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM)

Location: In-person studio location (Northfield)

The Schedule: Work hard, but have a life: We deeply value work-life balance and believe our team deserves a predictable personal life. You will collaborate with us to lock in a set, consistent schedule that fits your routine, giving you complete predictability every single week:

• Every Monday Off: Our studio is completely closed on Mondays.
• Consistent Days: You will work 4 to 5 days a week (Tuesday–Friday), plus every other weekend.
• Lock In Your Set Hours: You will establish a set, daily 6-to-8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Once chosen, this remains your fixed routine so you can confidently plan your life outside of work.

What You’ll Do Every Day: You will start as the organizing force behind our Northfield studio, managing daily operations, and expanding your role into hands-on balloons as you grow with us:

• Managing the Schedule: Monitoring incoming orders, keeping our master calendar updated, and confirming delivery times.
• Helping Clients: Answering phone calls and warmly greeting the occasional walk-in customer who visits our studio.
• Event Quoting: Putting together price quotes for smaller designs and local events.
• Inventory Control: Keeping a close eye on our stock levels of balloon colors, sizes, and framework so we never run out of supplies.
• Tech & Tools: Using Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Gmail, etc.) to keep our daily operations organized.
• Creative Growth (Once Trained): You will be trained in inflating, blowing, and designing balloons—learning how to create everything from custom corporate backdrops to small, beautiful pick-up items for our clients.

• Organized & Reliable: You can manage a Google calendar and keep data straight in Google Sheets.
• Eager to Learn: You have a great eye for design and are excited to be trained by the best to build incredible physical items.
• Creative Extras (Big Plus!): If you already know how to use Canva or a Cricut machine, you will jump right into our creative projects.
