Material Handler / Shipping Assistant

Job Description

 Performs tow motor operations in accordance with Operation Standards

 Create shipping labels and understand packaging requirements for all product

 Unload and load trucks

 Use tow motor and crane to aid in loading coils to feed equipment

 Moves WIP to the correct location

 Moved finished good to correct location

 Operates lite assemble and packaging equipment as needed

 Performs general clean-up and organization in shipping area

 Other duties as assigned to support production and shipping

Qualifications:

 High School diploma or GED

 Valid Driver’s License

 Follows all safety requirements of the company – PPE, (glasses, steel-toed boots, hearing

protection, gloves, etc.) safe job behaviors, etc.

 Regularly required to lift to 30 lbs.

 Able to read and understand operation standards, job instructions and product labels.

 Able to manage multiple tasks and meet production requirements

Work Environment:

 Plant environment.

 Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

 Regularly exposed to dust, noise, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour to start
