Summary

We are seeking Seasonal Sales Associates for the holiday season. In this role, you'll help customers discover the perfect items for themselves and those they care about.

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will represent Bath & Body Works by identifying customer needs and assisting them in finding the right products. Our team members are committed to providing an outstanding and consistent shopping experience that drives positive results and fosters a lively atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experiences in store using strong selling skills and product expertise.
• Build authentic relationships with customers by discovering their needs, offering recommendations, demonstrating products, and sharing brand knowledge.
• Promote rewards programs and encourage enrollment both at checkout and around the sales floor.
• Assist with stocking products and maintaining visual standards, ensuring shelves are full and appealing.
• Support tasks such as setting up displays, updating windows, and executing marketing plans.
• Perform all tasks that require physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Duties may include using ladders, lifting or carrying items, reaching overhead, bending, and kneeling to retrieve merchandise. Associates must regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally as much as 50 pounds.
• Consistently deliver a safe, clean, and inviting experience by following safety procedures.
• Follow company values, policies, and procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• Enjoys working in a retail setting that puts customers first.
• Proven success in sales and customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication abilities, openness to feedback, and adaptability.
• Capable of calmly resolving customer or store issues.
• Willing to work during busy periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
