Banks & Brower, LLC is the largest criminal defense firm in Indiana and is now expanding into Ohio. This is an awesome opportunity to join in at the ground level with huge growth potential within a larger organization.

This position will serve as the primary paralegal for our busy, growing criminal defense office in our newly opened location in Fairlawn, Ohio. Duties will include preparing and filing pleadings, electronic file management, superior customer service, and other tasks as requested by the attorneys. Until a receptionist is hired, this candidate will also assist with answering phones, welcoming guests, processing mail, and other administrative duties as well.

The candidate will have a minimum of five years of proven experience as a criminal law paralegal. Paralegal degree or equivalent preferred however, extensive experience may substitute for education.

This will be a Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 5 pm and Fridays 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Position will be in office to start. Upon showing of capability and as the office is up and running efficiently, this position will be allowed to work up to 4 days a week remotely with one day a week required in the office (subject to change and availability/need of attorney on site).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
