Precision is your strength. Stone is your canvas. Bring your technical skills and eye for detail to a CNC Operator - Stone role where accuracy matters from setup to finished part. You'll set up stone CNC machines, check programming and job orders before each run, and keep tooling, equipment, and your workspace ready for the next job. What You'll Do:

• Read and interpret CAD drawings and individual job orders to support accurate production.
• Train new CNC operators and share your knowledge of machine setup and operation.
• Set up stone CNC machines using programming input provided by others, and review programming and job orders before running parts.
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to accuracy.
• Use computers and specialized software to support CNC operations.
• Learn and follow safe handling practices for different types of stone materials.
• Work shift is Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
• Pay range is $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Specialized training in CNC programming or an on-the-job apprenticeship is preferred.
• Commitment to using appropriate personal protective equipment and following established safe working practices.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret manufacturing instructions and customer order sheets.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and communicating safety concerns and issues to management.
• Ability to maintain CNC tooling and follow housekeeping guidelines for your work area and assigned equipment.
• Respectful communication with fellow employees, customers, and suppliers.
