What Your Day Will Look Like

Our day shift is active, rewarding, and centered around providing exceptional care in a comfortable, home-like setting.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities
• Helping residents maintain their independence and dignity
• Assisting with meals, hydration, and daily routines
• Encouraging participation in activities and meaningful social interaction
• Administering medications in accordance with certification and applicable requirements
• Monitoring residents and promptly communicating changes in condition
• Maintaining accurate care documentation
• Performing light housekeeping and helping maintain a clean, welcoming home
• Working closely with fellow caregivers and management to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• STNA / CNA certification required
• CMA certification required
• Previous senior care or assisted living experience preferred
• Dependable transportation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to assist with resident transfers and mobility needs
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs with appropriate assistance and equipment
• Commitment to consistent attendance and professional conduct
