Requirements: Must be 18+, licensed as LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, LISW-S, or IMFT, have a Master's in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy, be Medicare-eligible, have 3+ years behavioral health experience, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
